HR Excellence in Research award
In 2020, 探花精选 received the HR Excellence in Research award from the European Commission. This recognition confirms that KI provides a stimulating and supportive working environment for researchers. It also reflects the university鈥檚 strong commitment to fair and transparent recruitment and assessment procedures, as well as to fostering career development opportunities for researchers.
The HR Excellence in Research Award represents a long-term commitment by 探花精选 to actively improve conditions for researchers through collaboration across multiple fields and levels within the university. By implementing the principles of the European Charter & Code, KI strengthens its position as an attractive employer, increases visibility, and enhances its ability to recruit top researchers.
The European Charter & Code contains 40 principles in four different areas:
- Ethical Principles and Professional Responsibility
- Recruitment
- Employment Terms and Conditions
- Continuing Professional Educational Development
Since KI received the award in 2020, work has proceeded according to the action plan and an internal review has been completed.
