About me

  • I'm a postdoctoral researcher in the field of Toxicology, focusing on Risk Assessment of chemicals and chemical mixtures.

    Expert in benchmark dose (BMD) modelling approach for chemical assessment and pharmaceutical development purposes.

    I'm a driven and passionate ERT (European Registered Toxicologist) currently developing research at the Institute of Environmental Medicine (IMM).
    I have expertise in using the benchmark dose modelling tool for risk and hazard characterization, particularly focusing on the effects and outcomes of chemical exposure to human health.
    I am also involved in the Professional Development working group at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡'s Postdoc Association (KIPA), have won two prizes and
    three grants, including the US Society of Toxicology "People's choice" prize in the 3-minute contest (2022).

    I have expertise in scientific writing, communication at different levels and channels, and also in project management.

Research

  • I have been researching on chemical mixtures, with focus on PFAS, PCBs, phthalates, PAHs, bisphenols, and also dose-response modelling for pharmaceutical development purposes. If you ideas that you would like to discuss, please get in touch if to discuss possibilities!

Teaching

  • Teaching and mentoring a PhD-student in our research group, as well as lecturing to the Toxicology Master's Program.
