I studied medicine and my MD thesis (2001) was about ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ education. It was a starting point to create the "Introduction to Clinical Medicine" course in the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ program.

Then I followed Medical Education at the master's level at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. At the same time, I was involved in some educational development projects like designing extracurricular activities for ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ students, eLearning, and continuing ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ education.

Later, I got a scholarship from my country to follow my training in educational technology and I chose ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡. My Ph.D. thesis was about using virtual patients in ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ education.
After my Ph.D. in 2017, we moved to Iran and I started to work at the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ education department as an assistant professor for about 2.5 years. There I co-supervised one Ph.D. and one Master's student.

We came back to Sweden in 2020 and I started to work as a university lecturer and educational developer at the unit for teaching and learning at KI.

I did research in some different fields of ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ education.

Now, I am interested in summative assessment in ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ education.

I have taught courses on program evaluation and teaching methodology at the master's and PhD levels at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.
