I am an affiliated researcher at the Institute of Environmental Medicine, Unit of Intervention and Implementation Research in Occupational Health, at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡. I work as an occupational health researcher and ergonomist at the Department of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Region Östergötland, where I have a regional assignment for the southeastern healthcare region. I also hold the position of adjunct associate professor in occupational medicine with a specialization in ergonomics at Linköping University.

My professional background is as a licensed physiotherapist with specialist expertise. I have experience working in inpatient care, primary care, and occupational health services. Today, I combine clinical work with research, teaching, and the development of national guidelines in occupational health and ergonomics. I primarily teach at the master's and postgraduate levels.

My research focuses on occupational health across various industries, with a particular emphasis on preventive measures to promote healthy and safe work environments. I study work-related health issues such as musculoskeletal disorders and mental health problems, and I am especially interested in how workplace interventions are implemented and how effective they are in workplace settings. My research is conducted in close collaboration with national and international partners.

I serve as the principal investigator of the Patient and Workers Safety Study (PAWSS), a research project conducted within healthcare and social care services. I am also the research coordinator for SAFE-DENT, a project carried out within the dental care sector. Both projects aim to support the development of sustainable and health-promoting work environments.
