I am a general dentist focusing on the treatment of patients affected by dental caries. As a subject manager, I represent the field of Cariology at the Department of Dental Medicine at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ and across the nation. In my role as a lecturer, I am actively engaged in teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students. I obtained my dental degree in 2013 at the University of Münster in Germany and earned my doctoral degree in 2019 at the RWTH Aachen University. My research focuses on the microbial etiology and the analysis of the oral microbiome among caries-active patients to optimize the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment options of caries disease.
