I work strategically to develop and implement processes, policies, and support within the areas of organizational and social work environment as well as rehabilitation at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡. I am a dedicated and experienced HR specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Stockholm University and have over 20 years of experience in HR, work environment, and leadership development.

I am passionate about creating sustainable work environments where employees and managers have the right conditions to thrive and perform. I provide support and coaching to managers and HR in complex matters related to labor law, rehabilitation, conflict management, and health-promoting leadership. I also conduct training sessions and develop digital materials in these areas.

With my background as a certified stress management educator, coach, and yoga instructor, I combine a strategic perspective with a genuine interest in people’s well-being and development.

I am also the contact person and content manager for the agreements with Avonova Occupational Health and the Employee Support Service Falck Healthcare.
