I am coordinator for equal opportunities at Professional Services. 

As coordinator for equal opportunities, I work to provide expert support to KI's management, educational programs and departments. This means, among other things, that I develop plans, guidelines, working methods and work with the implementation and follow-up of these. I also hold training courses, both in Swedish and English, to increase knowledge among students and employees.

I have experience of change management and education in LGBTQI, gender equality, disability rights and anti-racist issues, in civil society, authorities and in health and social care organizations.
