About me

I am a physiotherapist with a specific interest in digital lifestyle interventions and exercise for improved cardiovascular health. My dissertation project focused on digital pediatric obesity treatment together with cardiorespiratory fitness and cardiometabolic risk in children with obesity. Currently, I am working with evaluation of an digital lifestyle intervention for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease.
