I am a PhD-student and teacher at the Division of Clinical Physiology with a background as a licensed Bio̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Scientist (BMA).

My research mainly focuses on the cardiovascular system, primarily the regulation of blood volume and hemoglobin mass as well as cardiac adaptations in contexts of health, disease and under extreme physiological conditions (e.g. exercise).

As a licensed BMA and general competence within human physiology, particularly cardiac diagnostics and echocardiography, my teaching activities mainly cover the Bachelor´s degree program for Bio̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Scientists. I am also involved in courses in the Nursing and Medical Doctors degree programs at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡.
