I am a registered nurse since 2004 (̽»¨¾«Ñ¡), a specialist nurse in oncology care 2009 (̽»¨¾«Ñ¡) and have a PhD in ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ science 2021 (̽»¨¾«Ñ¡). I have extensive experience of clinical work in oncology care, mainly focusing on breast cancer at Karolinska University Hospital and at the Regional Cancer Center Stockholm-Gotland. I am a member of the Swedish Breast Cancer Group (SweBCG), member of the executive steering committee of the National Quality Registry for Breast cancer (NKBC) and member of the Network for nurses in breast cancer care.

I belong to the research group ICare at the Department of nursing.

In January 2021, I defended my thesis "Supportive care for patients with breast cancer by using an interactive app during neoadjuvant
chemotherapy - a Randomized Controlled Trial". This was a randomized and controlled trial with 150 patients and aimed to evaluate how an
interactive app for reporting and managing symptoms provides supportive care in patients with breast cancer during neoadjuvant chemotherapy (PhONEME-Breast Cancer).

Between September 2022 and August 2024, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Gävle and I am currently affiliated researcher and belong to the strategic research area Health-Promotion work and the interdisciplinary research program Inclusive Working Life (INKA). Within this, I work with the intervention study Can-Work-S, which aims to support cancer survivors' working life and health. Within Can-Work-S I am co-supervisor to a doctoral student.

I am an university lecturer in both the study program in nursing and the study program in specialist nursing in oncology care. In the nursing program, I am course leader for the course Degree Project in Nursing (campus). In this course I also supervise and examine students. I am responsible for the Study Programme in Specialist Nursing - Oncology Care. In the program I teach in several courses and is examiner in the courses Cancer Diseases and Nursing Care During Different Treatment Modalities for Cancer (15 credits) and Cancer Prevention and Health Education (7, 5 credits). I also supervise master students in the course Diploma Project in Nursing within the Study Programme in Specialist Nursing - Oncology Care. I have experience from teaching in scientific theory and research methology as well as interprofessional learning in both undergratuate level and graduate level.
