Involved in projects regarding cluster and migraine headaches, cancer related quality of life and fatigue.
Project with MAYO clinic USA evaluation of online pulmonary rehabilitation programs using mindfulness exercises in combination with health coaching using MI (motivational interviewing). Supervisor for KISS (̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ summer research school). Yogic breathing exercises for post-covid, project leader.

Method:
Results: Increased dosage of yogic exercises is correlated with improved health, sleep and depression. Yogic exercises compared to conventional treatment/usual care (physical therapy as cycling and strength training) shows similar effects on physical function using yogic mindful exercises (6MWT)
