Cryopreservation techniques currently play a central role in reproductive medicine, as they enhance the effectiveness of IVF procedures by allowing their scheduling according to endometrial receptivity and the storage of supernumerary embryos for future use. From social and clinical perspectives, the role of this method is likely to increase in the future. Data from large cohorts of children born after frozen embryos indicate an excess risk of morbidity, impriting disorders, and cancer. 

My PhD Project represents a revolutionary opportunity to understand the impact of cryopreservation and reduce uncertainties regarding the health of children born from frozen embryos.
