Teaching

  • In recent years, I have mainly taught at Karolinska Institute, within the psychology and ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ programmes, as well as doctoral education, and for various healthcare professionals in psychiatry on topics such as youth depression, paediatric clinical trials, and psychological assessment and interventions. For instance, I have trained practitioners in child and adolescent psychiatry, including a four-day course on behavioural activation for depression for diverse therapists within Child Psychiatry.

I also enjoy discussing psychology and research with children and youths; for example, I have presented my research to eight-year-olds (2024) and our RCT at free digital seminars for schools and youth centres (2022, 2023, and 2024). From 2019 to 2023, I answered young people’s questions about psychology and mental health on Psykologiguiden UNG, funded by the Swedish Inheritance Fund and supported by the Swedish Student Council and the Swedish Psychological Association.
