The grouping conducts research about the mental health and learning of young adults in education and at the start of their professional life.

From the spring of 2024, a new contract teaching course will be given at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ where you will learn how organizations can optimally support new employees' learning, establishment in the new role and integration into the social group. You will also learn how to maintain their health and work commitment. Based on evidence-based principles, all participants will be supported in developing a strategy for the introduction of new employees specifically adapted to the needs of their own business.
