The Centre for Nutrition is a research centre at the Department of Medicine, Huddinge. It explores how diet composition, dietary regimes, and nutritional supplements can be used to improve human health and longevity.
Forskargruppen IMPACT fokuserar p氓 f枚rebyggande av 枚vervikt och obesitas under graviditet och barndom. Vi anv盲nder mobiltelefonteknik (mHealth) f枚r att m盲ta kost och fysisk aktivitet, och f枚r att leverera insatser som fr盲mjar en h盲lsosam livsstil i olika befolkningsgrupper, s盲rskilt inom m枚dra- och barnh盲lsov氓rden. V氓r forskning inkluderar mHealth f枚r egenv氓rd och behandling av sjukdomar, t.ex. graviditetsdiabetes. Vi ger 盲ven utbildning i Nutrition och 盲r en del av Centrum f枚r Nutrition.
The research group IMPACT (Innovative use of Mobile Phones to promote physical ACTivity and nutrition across the lifespan) is a multidisciplinary team with senior researchers, postdocs, PhD students, teachers and course leaders, as well as affiliated researchers. We have various backgrounds such as nutrition, dietetics, behavioural science, medicine and physiotherapy.
